Billing
Monthly Billing
Month-to-month billing with no lock-in or contracts. Billing occurs on the same day each month as your initial subscription date.
Annual Billing — Save 2 Months
Pay upfront for the full year and save the equivalent of 2 months:
- Individual Annual: $990/year (saves $198 vs. monthly)
- Institutional Annual: $9,990/year (saves $1,998 vs. monthly)
Annual subscriptions are non-refundable except where covered by the 6-month money-back guarantee below.
Accepted payment methods: major credit and debit cards. Contact operations@nucoresys.com for invoice-based billing (Institutional only).
6-Month Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our algorithm. If you can demonstrate that you did not make any money using the Nucore algorithm, we will refund your full Nucore subscription fees for up to 6 months.

Third-Party Platform Fees
To deploy the Nucore algorithm, you will need an active account on a compatible third-party trading platform. Those platforms may charge their own subscription or brokerage fees. These fees are entirely separate from and not connected to Nucore and follow the subscription rules of the specific provider you choose. Contact info@nucoresys.com for platform recommendations.
Subscription Lapse Policy
This is one of our most important policies — and we want it to be completely clear:
- No auto-charge on lapse: Your subscription does not auto-renew. When your period ends, billing stops.
- Signals stop immediately: All buy/sell signals cease the moment your subscription lapses.
- No forced liquidation: Nucore takes no action on your brokerage positions. Your open trades remain untouched.
- No emergency support: Inactive accounts do not receive platform support.
- Data retained: Your data is retained for 90 days (Individual) or 180 days (Institutional) to allow seamless reactivation.
- Reminder emails: You will receive automatic reminder emails at 7 days and 1 day before expiry.
Plan Changes
- Upgrade (Individual → Institutional): Takes effect immediately. You will be billed the prorated difference for the current period.
- Downgrade (Institutional → Individual): Takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Cancellation
To cancel your subscription, email info@nucoresys.com before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial-period refunds are issued.
